1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

6. PAYMENT TERMS

If you wish to make a deposit or payment through the Website, you must first create an Account and have it verified by us. You agree to comply with all applicable laws when making payments, including anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. If your account is suspected of being used for fraudulent purposes, we may block any attempted transfers.

7. FEES AND TAXES

9. WITNESS FEES AND REFUND OF FUNDS

11. TERMINATION OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to terminate your Account or access to our Services at our discretion and without warning for a variety of reasons including but not limited to: non-payment, breach of these Terms or applicable laws, suspicion of unauthorized activities such as money laundering, suspicious transactions etc., in accordance with international AML regulations.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws and you agree that all disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted under these laws.
